I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of Jerry. I really didn't get the chance to know him all that well, but what i did know of him...I really liked. He seemed to be such a caring and kind person. I know that he will be greatly missed and my sympathy goes out to you all.
With Love,
Donna Lee Metz
Jerry and Jean were wonderful neighbors. I would call on Jerry for advice on yard and woodworking projects. He graciously gave me a bandsaw and jigsaw. I missed them when they moved to Madison,WI; but at least we could visit with a short 2 hour drive. When Jerry & Jean moved back to PA I was very sadden. We still talk frequently on the phone.
Jerry is with GOD now.
Jean; GOD BLESS YOU and we'll be in touch! Take Care!
Love

Until we meet again. Carol
Our deepest sympathy goes to Jerry's family especially Jean and Tracy, who we love like our own. Jerry was a very special man who we grew up with at the lake. We will miss our lunches and visits together at the lake. His battle is over and is finally at peace, but will never be forgotten.
Dear Jean, Tracy & Scott

Dear Kim, Joel & family,
We were very sorry to learn that you lost your brother so young. We will always remember seeing him around the beach bar & stand at Mt. Lake in the 'good ole days'. Although Jerry was a bit older than our groups, he was a fixture at saving "Kim" many times!!! He is in a better place as we all remember him fondly.
Our prayers are will all the family.
Fondly,
Linda & Steve Ratzman
I will long remember a little boy who walked to school with my Sister Nancy everyday. Sometimes shoes on the wrong feet, shirt not tucked in but Mom always straightened him up. I can only imagine Mom welcoming her "adopted Son" into heaven and seeing his shoes on the right feet!
Tracy and Jean,
My deepest sympathy and condolences.
Dave
McDonald Family,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Work obligations leave me unable to attend Jerry's service, but my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Jerry will be missed by all of us (especially that cheshire cat smile). I recently was given an old photo of Jerry and my father and that smile was the same. Again, my deepest condolences and my apology for not being able to be with all of you.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Jerry and I were roommates our plebe year at VFMA. Great memories of the two of us trying to acclimate to VF. Lost contact in 63. Could have run into him in V.N. had I known. Best wishes to family and friends.
On the eve of Memorial Day, I want to remember my brave cousin and his service to our country as an Army soldier in Viet Nam. Jerry was an individual with many gifts, many experiences, many friends, and many who loved him unconditionally because of his genuine ability to give of himself totally. He was brave and this bravery was evident in his letters he wrote home from Viet Nam which, I so looked forward hearing being read aloud by his mother, Aunt Genevieve. His perseverance brought him back home where he embarked on a loving Cinderella journey with his wife, Jean. Their dedication to each other and their love of their daughter and son in law is a true testament of what makes relationships lasts even after one has departed. JerryâÂ(TM)s spirit lives in all of us these days and his adorable grin will be forever etched in our minds. It is with pride I eulogize one of my heroes, my older cousin, Jerry. You will always be the leader of the pack and know that you served as an excellent role model to us all.
