Condolences
Jay, may you Rest In Peace always, your incredible wealth of historical knowledge will be sadly missed by all of your friends with the Harmony Historical commission. I know your spirit will always be with us, but your presence at our gatherings will be sorely missed. Again, Rest In Peace my friend.
Jay was a great man with a wealth of information. We enjoyed speaking with him. Condolences to the family.
Jay you will be fondly remembered by the Harmony
Historical Society as well as the Historical Preservation
Commission, both of which enjoyed your presence at
every Open House at the Van Ness Hoff Vannatta Farmstead in Harmony Township,
Fond memories from both groups,
Ruth Skirbst, whose husband Henry set up those groups when he was Mayor of Harmony,
God Bless!!
I remember having great, concise, and enjoyable conversations at the printing press in Belvidere. I loved listening to him as he spoke in great detail about past wars and politics. I have not been in touch with him since the printing press closed. My deepest condolences. Keith Cole
To my old friend,
Well done. Your mission here is over. Please report back to HQ.
Jay was a good man and a talented one who always seemed to have a knack for being aware of 'inside information.' I enjoyed speaking with him about Town Council matters and particularly about the goings-on at the Warren County Courthouse.
Rest in peace, my friend.
My sympathies to his family.
Sending you all my sincere sympathy. Jay was a great guy and will be truly missed.
The staff of MacFadden Funeral Home extend our deepest condolences to you and your family on the passing of your loved one. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy for your loss. May our thoughts and prayers provide comfort for your family during this difficult time.
