Obituary of Edith Lorraine Schaub

Edith Lorraine Schaub, 88, formerly of Belvidere, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 20, 2023 at the Care Center of Brakeley Park, Lopatcong Township, NJ.

Born on February 13, 1935 in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late William and Pearl Barta Martin.

Edith was a clerk for the Township of Bridgewater for over 20 years before retiring to Belvidere, NJ.

She had enjoyed playing cards, crafts and her book club.

Edith Lorraine was a member of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, Belvidere, NJ.

In addition to her parents, Lorraine was predeceased by her loving husband, Douglas and a son, Steven.

Surviving are a daughter, Donna Kotarski and her husband, Daniel of Columbia, NJ; a son Jason Schaub and his wife Kimberly of Newmarket, NH; two grandchildren, Andrew and Emma Schaub; a brother, Gilbert and his wife Theresa Denti of PA; several nieces, nephews and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 11, 2023 at the Belvidere Cemetery, Belvidere, NJ.

Arrangements are under the direction of MacFadden Funeral Home, Belvidere, NJ.
