To the Sykes Family. Our most sincere sympathies. You were such a pivotal part of our community. Your mom and Dad will be missed. They were endeared by all in Belvidere as neighbors, friends, and pillars in our sweet little town. The house on the corner of Garrett Wall Park will always beam with the love of your family brought forth.

Dr. Sykes delivered me as well, (one of his last deliveries 53 years ago!) and was my pediatrician through my childhood. He made house calls to my grandparents when they fell ill and was my mom's family Dr. He was such a kind, wonderful and caring man. We always enjoyed stopping to see him if we were in Belvidere and he was sitting on his porch, he will be greatly missed. Condolences to his family.

So sorry to see your dad passed away. I will miss talking with your dad at shop-rite in phillipsburg. Remember him as the sports doctor for Belvidere. He was a very kind person. By the way he delivered me into this world, I could say I new him my whole life. My prayers go out to you.
