I am so sorry to hear of Connie's passing. I first met Connie when I started at the Court House in 1981 and she and I both worked in the bookkeeping department. She was a good person. May she rest in peace now. Karen K

My sincere condolences to Mike and all of the Echevarria family. I have many fond memories of Connie during our 'growing up in Belvidere' days. She was a good friend of my sister Barbara’s and was at our home often. I loved Connie’s laugh…I can still hear it today. Rest In Peace Connie.
