To Whip , Shari and Family Shirley was a great member of our Pool Noodler Club at the Belvidere Pool. I will miss her so much there. She always cared about me in thick and thin in my life, and would always ask about my family and how they were doing. When my parents both passed , since I am an only child she took care to always call and see how I was doing, or if there was anything she could do for me. She always sent the best Christmas cards, updating and showing the love of her dear family.

I will miss her so much, she was like a second Mom to me

Please accept our condolences on the passing of your mom. I will never be able to go to the Belvidere Pool without looking for her. Her stories of growing up in the area were priceless. She was a wonderful lady, who treated me as an equal and will be sorely missed.

Please accept our condolences at the loss of your dear wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. We always enjoyed talking to Shirley especially at the Belvidere pool. She was never at a loss for words which made our conversations great! She always referred to me as "the lady with the 5 kids." I know she is finally walking with no cane!
