Obituary of Audrey Lillian McMorrow

Audrey Lillian McMorrow, 92, formerly of Belvidere, NJ passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at St. Luke's Warren Campus, Phillipsburg, NJ.

She was a woman whose hands were never idle. Audrey was a loving mother to seven children and six step- children. She was a woman of faith and expressed her love for God by stretching out her hands to those who really needed it. Audrey used her gifts to help and administration to serve her community as a leader in a variety of organizations and religious groups, such as volunteering at hospitals and soup kitchens. She was an incredible and creative woman who became proficient as a seamstress, gardener, cook, artist and a crafter in many mediums.

She is predeceased in death by her first husband, Lt. Col. Raymond J. Marshall (USAF); her second husband, William H. McMorrow and her three sons, Edward Michael Marshall, Kenneth Albert Marshall and Raymond J. Marshall Jr. Audrey is survived by her four daughters; Patricia Tivnan (Philip), Catherine Matos (Carlos), Deborah Elliot (Tom) and Diane Long (Ken); six step-children, William McMorrow, Margaret Jones, Nancy McMorrow (Tom), Jane McMorrow (Bob), Kate Spender (Stephen) and Michael McMorrow (Kathleen); ten grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; and sixteen great- grandchildren.

Audrey was a  parishioner of St. Patrick R. C. Church, Belvidere, NJ.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 AM, Monday, August 12, 2019 at St. Patrick R.C. Church, 327 Greenwich Street, Belvidere, NJ 07823. Interment will follow in Our Lady of the Mountain Cemetery, Schooley's Mt., NJ. Friends and family may call from 9:30 to 10:00 AM at the MacFadden Funeral Home, 325 Hardwick Street, Belvidere, NJ 07823.
