Obituary of Lynn Ann Morongell

It is with great sadness that the family of Lynn Ann Morongell announces her passing after a brief illness, on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the age of 55.

Lynn was born September 10, 1962 in Montclair to Michael and Mary Morongell. She grew up in West Caldwell and was a 1984 graduate of the University of Delaware. A longtime resident of Hoboken, Lynn worked for the past 22 years as an Insurance Coordinator at Structure Tone in New York City.

Our "dear, sweet Lynn" as so many of her friends call her was kind and loving to all. She volunteered for many years with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She was a proud breast cancer survivor. Lynn loved baking, working out at the gym and hiking, and was especially devoted to her beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Spenser.

She is forever and lovingly remembered by her parents Mike and Mary, sister Lori (Joseph) Hiznay, brother Michael (Tracy), her beloved nieces and nephews Lauren, Alex, Anna, Matthew and Mia, and extended family and dear friends.

Family, friends and others whose lives Lynn touched are invited to pay their respects on Saturday, February 17, between 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at MacFadden Funeral Home, 325 Hardwick St., Belvidere, followed by a 11:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick R,C. Church, 327 Greenwich St., Belvidere, NJ. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, Belvidere, NJ.
