Condolences
My sincere sympathy to all the members of Mr. Smiths family.
Sorry for your loss.
To the Smith Families,
Ernie was a wonderful man with a kind soul. Always willing to share his bounty of rhubarb with me and my friends. I'll miss taking him goodies when I cooked or baked, (I'm glad he got to taste the bounty of his labor in a coffee cake this year) or sharing leftovers from a turkey dinner with him. Ernie, may the angels hold you close; as you will be truly missed by your friends and family.

To the family of our wonderful neighbor, Ernie...we are so very sorry for your loss. We will miss him too. He was a great man with such a kind spirit and always willing to give advice. Take comfort and strength in knowing that he loved his family and was very proud of all of his children and grandchildren and always had a story. He always said how blessed his life has been and how he wouldn't have made it til 94 years old if it wasn't for all the good people in his life.
May God bless you during this difficult time. With our deepest sympathies.
Paul and Kathy Mourry
A wonderful man who will be missed by many. Ernie has lived a full life by his own words. He was a mentor of many, a man of honor who loved his family dearly. He spoke often about his family and how proud he was. He was a strong man who never wanted anything but gave so much. He was the first person I met when I move across the street from him. He helped me many times, taught me many things. I will miss him.
The staff of MacFadden Funeral Home extend our deepest condolences to you and your family on the passing of your loved one. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy for your loss. May our thoughts and prayers provide comfort for your family during this difficult time.
