My deepest condolences go out to you, Heather, and your family. I'm truly honored and fortunate to have known Animal. He truly had a knack for brightening up one's day, especially mine! I'll never forget the mornings I spent pumping gas, constantly looking forward to 10am. That's the time Animal would come in, an hour before his shift, with his meatballs from WaWa. His greeting was always the same, "How the hell ya doing!?" I couldn't wait to share my stories of the day with him and discuss the football games from the weekend. He was one of the few that actually "got" it and I could spend hours talking to him. He was such a vibrant soul that carried himself in such a joyful manner. I'll never forget the first time I told him I was going ghost hunting in Philadelphia and his response. He brought tears of laughter to my eyes, more times than not. Every time I drive home from North Carolina and pass the exit for Carlisle, I think of Animal. I'll wonder if there was an antique truck that weekend and wonder if Animal would be there; he loved those shows. I'm truly grateful to have known Mike! From the times that he, John, Evan and I spent getting lunch at Zeke's to just the moments that we shared the wooden bench in front of Steckel's, Animal was always there to bring a smile to my face. He was truly one of a kind and one of my dearest friends.
