Condolences
To Dot and the Redmond family, I offer my condolences. Roy lived a long and productive life. I'll never forget our wonderful times on the beach in Waikiki. Our Hawaii "family" is growing smaller. That is life. I enjoyed talking to Roy on the beach, while he waited for Dot, who he called, "The late Dot Redmond".

Sincerest sympathy . I read of the passing of your beloved husband, father and grandfather. My father
Michael S. Scarano was a Prisoner of War at Stalag 7A Mooseburg when the liberation took place . He did not talk much about his experiences but he loved to tell of the day that the tanks came over the fences of the camp with the American Flag .He said that the liberating soldiers looked like giants! He weighed 90 pounds when he was liberated . He was also a member of General Patton's Army and received a PurpleHeart during combat in France . He passed away July 2001.
I just wanted to say .. Thank you for your service Mr Redmond . Job well done .God bless you and your family always. Joanne Scarano Jakubik
