Condolences
Bob, Mary Ellen, Bobbie, and family,
Becky and I will be unable to attend the scheduled service on Tuesday due to a prior engagement. I believe your father would understand our absence since, as a fellow Lafayette graduate, he would appreciate this chance for me to have dinner with my "little brother" in our fraternity whom I haven't seen in 47 years. Another fraternity brother will be joining us.
Frank was one of the nicest people I have ever met. In a word, he was a Good man. He was a gentleman and a helluva bridge player. I think I may have even had the pleasure one time to have shared a round of golf with him, but Bob, you would remember that better than I. I will never forget you telling me that he had "shot his age" in golf, meaning that he probably scored an 85 at that age, something I'm striving for!
I am very grateful to have met not only his acquaintance, but to have considered him a friend, as I do you, Bob...one of my closest.
What a wonderful life he led and an example he set for us all. May he rest in eternal peace. Our sympathies to you and all his family.
The staff of MacFadden Funeral Home extend our deepest condolences to you and your family on the passing of your loved one. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy for your loss. May our thoughts and prayers provide comfort for your family during this difficult time.
