Hedwig Nicolaou, 78, of White Township, NJ, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, January 10, 2013. Mrs. Nicolaou was an owner with her late husband, Christodoulos, of the All Seasons Diner, Route 46, White Township, Belvidere, NJ before retiring. Born on July 31, 1934 in Munich, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sofie Drexler. Hedwig was the wife of the late Christodoulos who died November 1, 2007. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Surviving are five children, Athena Trechel, Agathe Agens, Christina Unangst, Sophia Couch, and Michael Nicolaou; ten grandchildren, James Agens, Hiedi Nicolaou, Michael Agens, Heather Couch, Jeremy Couch, Mark Unangst, Justin Trechel, Marissa Trechel, Colin Nicolaou, and Emily Nicolaou; three great-granddaughters, Courtney Levee, Addyson Agens, and Haylee Kristiansen; a brother, Hans. In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to be made in her memory to the Knowlton Township Fire and Rescue Company, P.O. Box 231, Delaware, NJ 07833.
