Condolences
Bill was a resident in our community. He was a wonderful person with a great sense of humor. He did a lot for our community and will be missed. Our prayers are with Ruth and his son.
A separate entry is needed to sincerely thank and express condolence to my "bonus Mother", Ruth Wolff Bailey. I was fortunate to have two mothers ~ Naomi, my birth mother, Bill's first wife, and Ruth, my present mother. Both loved Bill and nurtured him throughout many years of both illness and happy times, and I'm proud to be a product of both of these women, and I know my Father felt himself fortunate to have two such fine mates. Thank you to both. Ruth, you made him smile and laugh more than I've ever seen him do in his life. Thanks so much! ~ Love, your son, Roger.
This is Bill's only child, ROGER. I appreciate having friends of my Dad sign this book. Please encourage others to sign their memories of him here as well so I can share them with my children and grandchildren so they can remember him in the future. I do so much appreciate all he did for me throughout my life, and was pleased that as I grew older, he became not only my father but my friend! About the only thing I can say now is that it is too soon to say goodbye! So, I'll sign off by saying "until we meet again." Blessings to you all ~ Roger Bailey

I worked with Bill on the Railroad while in Phillipsburg, N.J. Bill became a family member years ago with his visits in Easton, Pa. and Jacksonville, Fl.
I always looked forward to the visits to bring back the old memories of the Railroad years. Bill and Ruth were lots of fun. Bill will surely be missed, God Love.

Bill was one of my very best friends. We worked together on the Railroad for years working out of Phillipsburg, N.J. Our friendship continued to date with our visits in Jacksonville, Fl., and Belvidere, N.J.
Please accept my deepest sympathy.
