I just learned of johns passing. My belated condolences to his family. He did so much for so many people, without looking for thanks or recognition. He just liked helping people, and making people laugh with his goodhearted demeanor. I feel like a light went out in the world that will never be lit again. Rest in peace.

I will have a "short one" tonight in honor of Johnny! He will be missed, a true one of a kind! One of the nicest people you will ever meet! I hope he is enjoying a Jaegermeister in Heaven right now!

There isn't enough room to write all that Johnny Hoff meant to me. If I had a nickle for every time I answered his phone "Hoff's Service Station - John's not in right now" I'd be well off.A good friend, an inspiration on how to live a life and a constant companion through a large part of my life - he will be greatly missed.
