Elias J. Marshall, 93, a resident of Hillcrest Retirement Community, Stroudsburg, PA, a former resident of Hackettstown, NJ, passed away on Sunday August 2, 2009 at the Community. Born on May 14, 1916 in Passaic, NJ, he was the son of the late Elias Henry and Cecelia Rose Sirdevan Marshall. Mr. Marshall was a bookkeeper for Williams & Hibler, Hackettstown, NJ for many years before retiring. Elias had served in the Army during WWII.
