Josephine B. Thompson, 97, a lifelong resident of Belvidere, NJ, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, April 30, 2009. Born in Belvidere, NJ on September 3, 1911, she was the daughter of the late Hugh L. and Anna Ackerman Butler. Mrs. Thompson had been a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Belvidere, NJ. Mrs. Thompson had been predeceased by her husband John E. and a son, John Bruce Thompson. Surviving is a daughter, Joan R. Thompson of Belvidere, NJ.
