Mrs. Hopko sincerely loved people and life, especially her family. I always enjoyed hearing the stories about when she and Mr. Hopko first started dating. Being Valerie's friend since high school entitled me to Mrs. Hopko's motherly advice, encouragement and a home away from home. When the family moved to Mt. Olive, Mrs. Hopko did not want me driving alone at night, so I spent many weekends at the Hopko home. As an adult, it didn't matter how many years passed since she last saw me, she would simply pick up the conversation where we left off...and she still made me feel great about myself. I am blessed to have known Mrs. Hopko and blessed that she cared about me.
With deepest sympathies, Mary Ann was a wonderful woman who loved her family very much. She will be missed.

To the family of Mary Hopko please accept my deepest condolences. I worked with Mary at the Clifton post office and always will remember her as one of the nicest people I ever met there. Always a smile and a pleasure to be around. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. God Bless you all.
John, Valerie, John & Matth;
We will miss Aunt Mary Ann & will always cherish how she treated everyone like family; like they were her son or daughter. She was a great role model; she taught people by example how to live life to the fullest and how to love all of your family and friends and to make sure that you always have time to laugh and enjoy life.
From,
Craig & Laura Polk

May peace be with you and your family.
