Paul L. Smith, 74, of the Bridgeville section of White Township, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday March 27, 2008 at the VNA Hospice House, East Stroudsburg, PA. Born on April 6, 1933 in Oxford, NJ, he was the son of the late Percy H. and Mabel B. Tims Smith. Paul was a heavy equipment operator for White Township for over 20 years before retiring in 1997. Previously he had worked with his father at Percy H. Smith and Son Excavation and Building. He had served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. Paul had enjoyed the outdoors and NASCAR. His wife, the former Denise Miller had died earlier. Surviving are a son Ron; a daughter, Donna Mamrak and her husband Kevin; four grandchildren, Jackie, Kevin J., Jacob and Kelly; and a loving companion, Anne Talmage.
