Grace M. Schipps, 81, of Belvidere, NJ, formerly of Ormond Beach, FL, passed away peacefully with he loving family at her side on Saturday August 11, 2007 at the Care Center of Lopatcong, Lopatcong Township, NJ. Born in Phillipsburg, NJ on March 28, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Emma Eckard Johlman. Mrs. Schipps was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Delaware Chapter. Mrs. Schipps was predeceased by her husband Lawrence who died on March 23, 2006; a grandson, Joseph White; and a brother John Johlman. Grace, or Mimi as known to those who loved her, will be remembered for her sweet spirit and quiet humor. She will lovingly remain in the hearts of all her family and those she welcomed as family. Surviving are three daughters, Ann Bosco of Bangor, PA, Linda Armstrong of Ormond Beach, FL, and Gayle Farrell of Belvidere, NJ; five grandchildren, Christine Carey, James White, David Bosco, Kenneth Bosco, and Kaitlin McCaughey; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
