Robert G. Herrmann, 81, of Lynchburg, VA, formerly of Belvidere, NJ, passed away on April 26, 2024 at his home.
Born on October 20, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late George and Lena Schlagel Herrmann.
Bob was employed by the City of New York as a sheet metal worker before his retirement.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War on the USS Enterprise.
Robert was a member of the United Presbyterian Church of Belvidere. He also served as a Sunday School Teacher.
Bob was predeceased by his wife of 46 years, Joan Sorum Herrmann, who died in 2014.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday. May 4, 2024 at the Belvidere Cemetery, Belvidere, NJ.
