Condolences
I worked with Ken in the NJ Army National Guard and deployed together to Iraq. We were in the same unit together (DISCOM) and can honestly say that every memory of him is a positive one. Ken was the epitome of 'an officer and a gentleman'.
To hear of his sudden passing was such a shock as he always looked so healthy and strong. It pains me that in the past two years, we had almost daily contact with one another through messaging. We only live 30 miles apart and always talked about getting together for lunch but sadly that never came to fruition. It just goes to show, you never know what tomorrow brings. Don't put off events when you have the chance or you might never get the opportunity again.
RIP Ken.
My deepest and most sincere condolences to Ken's family and friends. His loss is profound, and I am so grateful to count myself among those who got to spend time with such an incredible human being. I worked with Ken at BAE Systems for the past few years- he was my logistics lead on the F-35 program. It was while on this program that I got to know Ken. He and I bonded a lot over military aircraft and flying- I remember us driving through the aerospace museum at the Warner Robins Museum of Aviation and him in the background, narrating what each aircraft in the yard was called, when it was used, and what it was used for. Boy was he enthusiastic! haha it was contagious. He also liked hearing my stories about my grandpa being a medic in WW2, and he brought me and my brother back patches of the armored division that our grandpa was in. Since he retired, we shared stories about our cats and kept in touch :) he was truly one of the most kind, genuine, respectful, supportive people I have ever met. He lived with honesty and compassion and always gave people the benefit of the doubt. He taught me patience and calm in the face of adversity and was always an optimistic, down-to-earth presence. I am so grateful to have been given the chance to get to know him and count him as a friend. His was a bright soul and he was one of the best- truly a good man.
With sympathy,
Morgan Theall
Dear Sir,
As our numbers now go from 22 to 21,
I know the wind is at your back
and your face shines in the sun.
Through the countless deeds and many lives you’ve touched, in all adversity, you never asked for much.
Most of all you’d say, “just do the right thing” but never at the cost of another human being.
So Sir, as we raise to you our finest glass of brew way up high, no tears but the joy you broght us all, while you ride off in the sky.
As you have made our lives and the world a better place, we all still see that smile on your face.
See You On The High Ground Sir

Heartfelt condolences on the passing of Kenneth. He was indeed a person radiating love and kindness, with an intelligent mind that enamored all who had the fortune to know him. May you find solace in sorrowful times knowing that our thoughts are with you and your family, offering unwavering support through these trying moments.
To the family of Col. Kenneth J. Yeasky:
Sharon and I were touched to meet Ken during one of his visits with Tommie. We were overwhelmed to learn how knowledgeable he was from his many years of illustrious military service. At the time of our meeting Ken, he was preparing to seek employment in the corporate world following his military service, and I was pleased to share my experience in the preparation of a resume. Sharon and I were so pleased to finally meet Ken, and will always remember how proud he was to have been exposed to so many facets during his military service.

I only met Kenny a couple of times when he was visiting his mom in Bonita Springs. Just those short visits made me admire him. I'm sure he will be greatly lost to all who know him. God Bless you Kenny.

Mr. Yeasky was truly an amazing person. He was kind, selfless and always loving to those around him. And not only that but he was an amazing story teller. He was like a grandfather to me and my siblings, and it was exciting everytime he was able to visit me and my family. I'm extremely lucky to have been able to speak with him before he passed and hear about all of the heroic things he accomplished in his career, and while I spoke with him he told me a motto of his which will now stick with me forever, he said "The way you treat people today, effects what happens tomarrow." Col Yeasky was a true hero and a great friend to me and my family. I'll really miss you Mr. Yeasky.
Colonel Yeasky was a man of honor, integrity, and of the highest character. He cared for his troops as if they were his kids and he did this through actions not mere words. It's hard to put into words what he meant to me and my family. He was selfless, a wonderful story teller and yet knew how to listen when you really needed someone to vent to. I've met scores of General Officers that didn't have an ounce of the understanding in them that Ken Yeasky had naturally for people each and every day. There will never be another Ken Yeasky. God made no others like him.
My deepest condolences to the Yeasky family on the passing of Kenneth. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. May my thoughts and prayers provide comfort for your family during this very difficult time. I met 1LT Yeasky decades ago in the NJARNG and served with him up until he became Captain. I recall that he was open to and eager to learn from those with whom he served and he picked brains as needed. Kenneth was always pleasant with high expectations from all and was a leader first. Rest in peace Colonel, you will be remembered and missed. Let us grieve for the bond we shared and the bonds we didn't get a chance to form yet since you passed too soon my friend. I will remember you. 1SG Charles E. Ratliff (Ret.)
I've been friends with Ken for over 20 years as we were in the same Army National Guard unit together. He was an amazing man and his friendship will be greatly missed.
