Condolences
Mr. and Mrs. Lightcap gave my husband and me the most valuable start to our marriage. We were able to save enough to purchase our first home through their kindness and generosity. Which I might add, came with the use of the pool! Some of the kindest people I ever knew. The world could use more Rose Lightcaps.
Its been my great pleasure to have known Rose for many years and to have been by her side in the O.E.S. She will be missed by many. God Bless you Rose as you are now Home.. So may it ever be ! Karen L. Carmen
The staff of MacFadden Funeral Home extend our deepest condolences to you and your family on the passing of your loved one. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy for your loss. May our thoughts and prayers provide comfort for your family during this difficult time.
I spent many summer weekends with Sheila and Aunt Rose was always the perfect hostess. I loved swimming and would be in that pool every chance I could. Sheila and I would read comic books and explore the glen and sometimes visit other relatives on "Lightcap Hill". Aunt Rose was the perfect example of a Godly woman and I am blessed to have had her in my life. Sandi, Sheila, and Bobby my prayers for the Lord's peace are with you as you grieve the loss of your mother/sister. Love Cousin Carol
