Alisa Pepper Lee Lee De Benedetto Measso , beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, 39, of Belvidere, NJ passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at Beth Israel Medical Center, Manhattan, NY. Surviving are her loving husband, Pete; son, PJ; dog, Peanut; father, Joseph De Benedetto, Jr.; predeceased mother, Patricia Hupka De Benedetto; brother Joe-Joe the happy idiot and his wife Lisa McCarthy; brother, Jimbo and his wife Chrissy; brother, Jonny-boy and his wife Rosalie; nieces and nephews, each of whom were her favorites, Micheal, Sarah(Jessie), Micaela, Jimmy, Nicholas, Jonny, Amanda, Nikko and Tori; her loving cousins, Rachel McGrath, Bobby Hupka, Amanda, Ashley, Amy and Abigail; her oldest and dearest friend, Kimmie Hurley Italiano. Lisa was an avid fan of her sons, nieces and nephews sports pursuits and artistic endeavors. he was often the loudest fan on the sidelines or in the audience. In her absence, PJ will forever be cheered on by his adoring family! Lisa fought a heroic lifetime battle against Cystic Fibrosis. Although her battle was a private one, she was touched by the outpouring of love and support from the community. Lisa was a fighter and her life is an inspiration to many.
