To Pete and PJ.....I am nurse Jeannie, the IV nurse for Alisa. Alisa was such a great inspiration to me. I enjoyed caring for her and wish I could have done more. Lisa was a very special friend to many. Everyone who had the chance to meet her, adored her. She was the most patient woman. Pete, you were so blessed to have such a wonderful wife. The best times of the Forks summer league were hanging out with you all after the games at Big Woody's. She will be missed by us everyday.

I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa 2 yrs ago while we were both inpatient @ BI. We became Fb friends & more recently she reached out to me for support. I am so grateful that we got to spend some time in the waiting area @ BI before I was discharged on the monday before Thanksgiving. Lisa & I had a very long conversation about our lives, families,Illness. I would like you to know that she spoke of you Pete, Pj she loves you so very much, & I know you have an angel watching over you.She spoke of her Dad Joe, how he stuck by her through all that comes with this devastating disease.She also spoke of her Mom who is in Heaven,brothers/sil's,family & friends , you all mean so much to her as I am sure you know.She also spoke of our CF team @ BI & how much their support meant to her. I cant tell you what that conversation meant to me & that I will cherish it forever. God Bless you all & Breathe Easy my Cyster <3
